Licensing issues

No licenses available in the Environment

1. The owner of the Business Central environment must contact their Microsoft partner in order to add one or more free Accountant licenses.
2. The owner of the Business Central environment must contact their Microsoft partner in order to add a Business Central Essentials or Premium license.

Please follow the Microsoft licensing guide and select the license that fits your needs.

Grant access issues

The Owner of the Microsoft tenant has not granted access in order to allow access from Portal720

1. Make sure that the owner of the Business Central environment has followed the guide that was sent to you during the on boarding process to Portal720.
