Configuration
The application is delivered with a pre-defined default configuration. Project720 will be ready to use right after installation from Microsoft AppSource.
General

Default Invoice Level
Here you define the Invoice level that is proposed when copying usages lines for invoicing.

Default Project
You can select a project used as a template when creating new projects.

Invoice Project task
If you use the same project task structure for all your projects it is possible to setup a project task used for invoicing.

Turnover account
If you choose to use the invoicelevel Project, all the lines should be grouped and invoice together. The Invoiceline will be created with the type G/L Account and use this Turnover Account defined in the setup.
Before you uses the invoice proposal feature with Project720 you should configure the general setup
Visibility

Hide Project Cost Prices
Choose to hide cost prices from Project Ledger Entries and Resource Card, it could be sensitive information for some users.
It is possible to enable the visibility for specific users from the User Setup.
