Timesheet720 Setup

The application is delivered with a pre-defined default configuration. Timehseet720 will be ready to use right after installation from Microsoft AppSource.

General

In Timesheet720, the Capacity Check Level determines how the system handles errors in time entries. With a warning, the user is notified of the issue but can still save or submit the entry. With an error, submission is blocked until the issue is resolved, while no control allows all entries without validation. The Capacity Frequency defines whether the system validates entries daily for each individual record or weekly for the entire period. These settings ensure a balance between flexibility and accuracy.

Driving registration

In Timesheet720, the configuration options for Driving registration are designed to simplify and organize the process. The Car article is used to identify the vehicle or equipment utilized, while the work type code links the driving to a specific type of work, aiding in categorization and accurate cost allocation. The "Default Driving Registration To Address" function allows a recorded address to be set as the destination for an upcoming trip, making it easier to manage recurring entries. These settings contribute to a flexible and efficient driving registration system.

Employee Balance Factbox

The Employee Balance Factbox is an option that allows different absence types to be displayed directly within the timesheet. Additionally, it shows the balance of employee expenses, providing a comprehensive overview of both absences and outstanding reimbursements.
