The application is delivered with a pre-defined default configuration. The application is using the standard behviour of adding and maintaing email adresses on customers and sales documents

Email usage

The email usage on the documents follows a specifik behavior

1. Priority: Send To Email from Document Layouts

2. Priority: Sell-to Email on Sales Document

  • Quotes -> Sales Order
  • Order Confirmations -> Sales Order
  • Invoices -> Posted Saled Invoice.
  • Credit Memos -> Posted Sales Credit Memo.
  • Reminders -> Release Reminder

3. Priority: Sell-to Email on Customer
