The application is delivered with a pre-defined default configuration. The application is using the standard behviour of adding and maintaing email adresses on customers and sales documents

Following sales documents is supported by Email720.
- Quotes
- Confirmations
- Invoices
- Credit Memos
- Reminders
- Customer Statements
Email usage
The email usage on the documents follows a specifik behavior
1. Priority: Send To Email from Document Layouts
2. Priority: Sell-to Email on Sales Document
- Quotes -> Sales Order
- Order Confirmations -> Sales Order
- Invoices -> Posted Saled Invoice.
- Credit Memos -> Posted Sales Credit Memo.
- Reminders -> Release Reminder
