Web Approval
With Expense720, it is possible to send document in the approval workflow and notify users via email about documents awaiting approval.
The users that should be able to receive documents for approval, must be created as approver from the Expense720 setup.
Approvers
When you create approver users, your Expense720 license plan should support the chosen quantity.
When the user is created as an approver, a welcome email will automatically be sent where the user is invited to use web approval from Expense720.
The user is guided through a registration where the email address is linked with the approver in Business Central. This results in secure, easy and simple login to the web authentication portal.
Approval mail
When a document is sent for approval, the user will receive an email with a direct link to the document on the web approval.
From here you can comment and approve or reject the document.
Email template
It is possible to customize the email template that is sent to the approvers. The selected template is specified in the Expense720 setup.
Expense720 comes with a standard template that can be customized - it will also be possible to create a new template that can be used by specifying it in the Expense720 setup.
